Terms and Conditions for Breakdown Recovery Service:

1. Service Description:

Our breakdown recovery service provides assistance in the event of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other roadside emergencies. We will dispatch a recovery vehicle to your location to assist with vehicle recovery, towing, or roadside repairs as needed.

2. Service Coverage:

Our breakdown recovery service covers a specified geographical area. Isle Of Wight , Additional charges may apply for services outside of this coverage area.

3. Service Fees:

Service fees for breakdown recovery will be communicated to the customer upon request for assistance. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged with our office.

4. Liability:

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your vehicle during recovery, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during the recovery process.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the location and condition of the vehicle in need of recovery. Customers must also follow any instructions provided by our recovery team during the recovery process.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Customers must provide notice of cancellation of a requested recovery service within a reasonable timeframe. No Refunds are given if booked on and paid.

7. Confidentiality:

We respect the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal information provided to us during the course of providing breakdown recovery services.
